Landslide at The Home Depot shopping center in Laguna Woods Village, California.  The landslide endangered street access and utility services to a portion of the Leisure World senior citizens community.  Temporary stabilization of the street and permanent repair of the slope was required.  Geotechnical services included monitoring of landslide movement, design of temporary and permanent repairs, and geotechnical testing and observation during both phases of repair.
